On January 21st 2019 our home of 45 years was lost in a fire. We started our search for someone to help us rebuild on the internet. Since the weather was so bad, we decided to research a modular home. We really needed help to know how to start, how much it would cost & what we needed to do first. Bakers Builders website had pictures of homes built, great reviews & they were local which was important to us. We called and made an appointment with Amy and that was the best decision we made! She was able to answer all our questions, gave us options of modular companies they work with, showed us samples of materials used and planning books to take with us to study. We visited the Rochester Homes factory in Indiana & my husband, who was an Industrial Arts Teacher for years, was satisfied with the construction, electrical etc.. After meeting with Aaron, we knew that Bakers Builders was the right fit for us. Bakers have been absolutely great to work with. They really listen and worked hard to give you what you want, also making suggestions for things that would make the house better. Aaron sent out a great construction crew who worked hard to get us back into our home as soon as possible. Communication was great! We knew what was going to happen weekly and if we had concerns, someone was always there to talk to us. Baker Builders went above and beyond to get us back into our home as soon as possible and we will never be able to thank them enough. On a scale of 10 they are a 20.

I met with a few other builders before deciding on going with you guys. The discussions we had on the process made me believe you guys were the right choice. My gut feeling was right and the building experience was very good. Communication throughout the winter was excellent - letting me know everything that was going on and updates on timing were great. Suggestions for changes to make the home better were appreciated. Materials used for the home were better than expected - no shortcuts. We had 4 homes built for us and were all successful experiences. You guys kept your word and built us a fantastic home. Thank you very much.

It was an amazing experience. Aaron had great communication letting us know what was planned for the week and if there were any expected or unexpected delays. He and his crew including Amy worked hard to stay on time and got us in quicker than we expected even with terrible weather the last couple weeks of the project. Im not sure if we will ever build again but if we do we will not hesitate to call Aaron.
