The Blue Line Team provided great customer service from beginning to end of the process. Jennifer was very helpful and answered all of my questions concerning the service of pressure washing my home. I then worked with Stephen, who was so polite and had a great personality. He was extremely knowledgeable of the business. I highly recommend this company!! Excellent customer service from the time I called to get an estimate until my house was power washed. The young man who washed my house was early, did a great job and was quick. The only complaint is compared to others I've had over the years it was more expensive (which I don't mind when it's done this good) but then we are asked to leave a tip as well. I've never been asked for a tip from such services. It was awkward because I am a good tipper but feel this ain't the profession.

Received an immediate response to my estimate request to have my house power washed. The estimate followed in a timely manner with the terms and conditions attached. After accepting the estimate, the appointment was scheduled and received a reminder appointment email the day before.
