Brian O'Donnell installed my mom's roof 3 years ago. We noticed a leak and called Brian. Mom is 90 and I was 4 hours away. Brian was there w/i 6 hours. He was kind and respective of my mom ... found the problem - which was an air conditioner condenser in the attic -nothing to do with the roof that he installed. Sent pics of the broken/leaking condenser. He refused to accept any payment - just wished my mom wellness and was on his way. Amazing customer service.
Although it has been five years since Brian installed my roof, he was available for a follow-up question I had and responded to my phone call and came out to the house in an extremely timely manner. Very pleased; it is unusual today to find companies that stand behind their work and provide that level of customer service.

Outstanding! Brian is a true professional and expert in the products and services he sells. Response time was great. Crew was efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Brian was very upfront and honest about the whole process. Very happy with the finished product. I happened to personally know three of the references he provided. Everyone had great things to say about him. I love the shades that you can set to automatically open and close. From day one they kept the porch noticeably cooler on hot summer days. Very energy efficient.
