My electrical panel for the 3rd floor apartment went out. I contacted Peter from Crossland Management & Electric Inc. this Sunday morning for an emergency repair. They promptly came over. they replaced my electrical panel and repaired the problem.

Peter put a new 200amp main electrical breaker on my home, a new stand pipe outside my home, new water/soil ground lines, and other electrical extensions. Since I had a major job, they told me where some of the cuts along my cealing would be in my basement, they cut minimally to prevent more damage, they got the city permits to perform the job, their scheduling system kept me alerted via email and text on the appointments and progress, they were present when the city inspectors returned and successfully completed my job. We used them for a residential project that involved a full rewiring, new boxes, etc. I couldn't be happier. Extremely friendly and responsive. We've used them since on smaller projects. Highly recommended.
