There was no paperwork--they firmed up the deal while I was still on line filling out the questionnaire. I was given no permit or contractor permit number--I was met with a flood of emails and phone calls. Fortunately, They were efficient and effective on the job, finished by lunchtime.

They did what was requested and as soon as weather would allow. The technician was friendly and informative. I will use them again and recommend them to others. The company owner kept me informed of the day and time of the cleaning, etc., and followed through on it.

Talked to Mark on the telephone. He viewed the house by satellite and gave me a quote immediately for gutter cleaning, removal of old gutter shields and installation of new gutter shields. He was very knowledgeable about all gutter shield products on the market and we discussed the pros and cons of each. He presented me with a verbal quote and also sent it by Email. Mark MICHALCHUK� contacted me quickly and gave me a good quote on the job. Workers arrived right on time and were very professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and were thorough in removing moss and debris then treated the roof.
