Had a sump pump needing replacement. Job was done quickly and efficiently. He also did a few additional small projects quickly and efficiently.

We just moved to Palatine and needed a plumber. Got recommendation to call Ford Plumbing. I am so happy we did! John was on time, very neat, took shoes off before coming in and knew exactly how to take care of our problem. So far we have used Ford Plumbing 3 times to upgrade are plumbing and every job was perfect. I wouldn't call any other plumber!

I had water puddling on my basement floor where the furnace, water heater, water softener, and water filtration units were clustered around a sump pump pit. I disconnected the humidifier but the puddling, coming from a 4" drain pipe in the floor, continued daily. Don Ford was recommended by an HVAC technician as a very good plumber. I called Don, he was out within a day, and in his evaluation of the situation discovered the sump pump had burned out. He replaced that, as well as a check valve and now all is well! My kitchen sink drains were clogged and the drain pipe was disconnected. I had water all over the floor and under the cabinet. Called Ford Plumbing after hours and they texted me right away. Came out the next day and fixed everything. Thank you Ford Plumbing. I will recommend you to my friends. Karen

Old hot water heater started leaking. Ford Plumbing was recommended by a couple friends in our neighborhood. Left a voice message with Ford Plumbing, they texted me back, came out that same day, looked at what needed to be done, I told them the brand I wanted (Bradford White), gave me quote on the spot that was lower than my other quotes, and scheduled an appointment. They came 8am in the morning and whole job was done by 10:30am. Very friendly, no hassle. Highly recommend.
