In the 1990â€™s our focus was on new construction and working with builders. At the turn of the century our focus shifted towards working directly with home and property owners. We just had mini splits installed by Gary and his team and it was such an easy and efficient process. Gary was incredibly efficient scheduling an on-site visit and sending a recommendation and quote, even though he was very busy as we were in the middle of a long heatwave. His proposal was very detailed and highlighted all the decisions we needed to make and what we should consider. Our job was scheduled promptly and completed in one day. Gary and his team worked well together and were very respective and considerate the entire time they were on site. He even processed the rebate for us and made the entire process straight forward The quality of their work and products are top notch. They installed radiant heat for us a few years ago and did a fabulous job. He always responds promptly to calls an questions and his service level is outstanding. Because of our great experience with his previous installation and ongoing service, he was our obvious choice when we decided it was time for AC. We highly recommend Gary and his company for their high level of knowledge and service as well as high quality products

Just had Wilson plumbing and heating here to upgrade our antique mini split system. Gary and his team was responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and conscientious throughout the project! He processed the rebates, and provided us all the necessary paperwork for the MassSave loan program. A smooth transaction 😊. If you are looking for an HVAC team, you won’t go wrong with Wilson Plumbing and Heating!

Jason from Wilson Services quickly diagnosed our furnace issue today and was able to take care of it in no time. The price was very reasonable, they were able to set up an appointment for us right away, Jason was professional and it was a great experience all around. I woke up to a freezing cold house and I'm happy to report that things have warmed up significantly!

Wilson Services rescued us! We had no heat and a 93 year old in the house on New Year's Eve. The problem was hard to diagnose, but the brilliant technician stayed with it until he figured it out and got us warm.
