We were pretty much in a bind getting ready to leave town so called AGD for service call on our 1-year old door. Kevin and Chris arrived late afternoon and were very professional and knowledgeable about our garage door issue. It was fixed within hours of their arrival and I learned more about my new door than I ever knew. They went above and beyond by providing additional information to preserve the life of our door! They noticed the door was opening way too much and made needed adjustments. I definitely will call AGD Chris and Kevin for our 1-year "tightening" maintenance. We highly recommend them - we have been using AGD for years.

My experience started because I backed into my garage door and messed up the bottom. Kevin and Chris were sent out to evaluate the damage. Kevin made a temporary repair but needed to order parts to fix the damage correctly. Kevin and Chris let me know that the parts were on backorder and would let me know when they were in. As with everything else in this COVID world we are living in it was going to be 6-9 months before the parts arrived. At this point I started asking questions about a new garage door. Mine was 15 years old and I questioned it was wise to purchase a new one. Kevin and Chris walked me through the pros and cons and never once tried to pressure me into a new door. After I decided that was the right path they went out of there way to help me make the right selection. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Today my new door was installed by Billy and Wade. They were also top notch. In a time where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside I did not experience that at all from American Garage Door employees.

We manage multiple properties and buy new ones everyday week. Whether we have a new purchase with a damaged, missing, or broken garage door or mechanisms, or have a rental property with a door acting up, we always contact Chris and Kevin from AGD in order to quote and do the work on all of our garage door needs. They are fast, friendly, and competitively priced. Throughout the whole transaction they communicate what's wrong, what they can do, and when they will get it done.
We highly recommend AGD for any and all of your garage door needs! Chris and Kevin are amazing and always prompt and easy to talk to about your issues.

Kevin and Chris Snyder did a fantasitc job today. I'm talking about working in 110 degree heat index. They were very knowledgeable about the garage door installation, motors track alignment, etc. They completed the replacement of two motors and tracks and realigned one door all in a few hours. The pricing was very reasonable and they even gave us some hints about surge protectors and the correct type of light bulb in the units. If we ever have any other issues we will go directly to them.

They came on time and were very polite and friendly. Kevin and Chris were very knowledgeable about my broken garage door. They had all the tools and parts and repaired my system and performed maintenance on my whole door. I would highly recommend them!
