Great Service! After returning from my Mother's viewing at the Mortuary, I came home to find my A/C not cooling. I panicked because the next day there would be over 100 people coming to my house after the burial services. I left a message with PR plumbing that night. Not only did they call me early the next morning, they sent a technician to my house in the morning. 100 % recommended. After reading these reviews also, I was a little worried. The technician came out when another company Ace did not do the job correctly. The technician Danny, was very helpful, considerate and did the job RIGHT. He even made a follow up call to assure if there were any problems to call. I will recommend PR 100%.

long standing service We have used P & R for a variety of issues over the last several years. In the last year, they installed several new plumbing fixtures in our home, fixed a leak we had in a wall (from the utility room washer) and replaced a 40 year old heating/air conditioning unit. Had a great experience with P R Plumbing. My water heater pilot light was not staying lit in our new home, and so I called our home warranty company to initiate a claim. P R Plumbing called me within 2 hours to schedule an appointment for the same day, and even had the technician call me about 45 minutes prior to his arrival. They were extremely professional and courteous, and when the technician arrived, so was he. Service Above and Beyond These guys are great! It doesn't get any better. There speciality is "customer service". They found ways to help save money down the road which makes it a solid investment. Chris was great even after the installation of our hybrid unit.
