Very responsive, initially had an appointment in the afternoon, but they were able to reroute a technician for an earlier time. The technician was very professional explained what he found and repaired it in little time. Highly recommend there service for anyone needing to fix their plumbing problems.

Our water main broke Monday morning. We called PR Plumbing and were told someone would be out between 12 & 2. *** showed up at 11:15 to evaluate our issue. He said its bad but someone will be out at 2pm to fix it. ****** showed up at 2pm and worked hard to repair our main and we had water before 5pm. We received excellent service and everyone we had contact with from our phone call to the completed repair were very nice, professional and took our problem seriously. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and awesome. The tech came in and got to work immediately. Within minutes he had assessed the situation, knew exactly what was wrong and had our air condition and running again with 30 minutes. He was so wonderful!!!

We have lived in this apartment for 5 years and there are very few things our landlord has done right for us; choosing to work with PR Plumbing is definitely one of them!! They've replaced whatever company the landlord was using before and the last two times we've had plumbing issues their workers have been great!! About a month ago we had an issue with the toilet.
