Cody replaced two toilets in my house, he was on time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He also hauled away my old toilets and the boxes that the new ones came in. My toilets are solid, everything works and there are no leaks. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!!! I woke up early on a cold morning, turned on the thermostat, but the heater did not come on. I checked online for reviews and decided on PR Plumbing. The technician came out within a few hours and got right to work. He was a very nice, polite young man. He had figured out the problem and finished the repair within the hour. The cost seemed reasonable, and they gave me a Senior discount that was very much appreciated. I do recommend them!
I would sadly rate this company as a one or zero if I was able to. I didn't get the chance to experience their service as my customer service via the phone with their scheduling was just appalling. I was scheduled for an appointment. I called them at the appointment time to ask if their technician was running behind since I hadn't received a phone call letting me know they were on their way as I was told when I scheduled the initial appointment, and I was told yes, They're about an hour behind and that They'll be there in an... read more
We’ve been using PR plumbing for a good eight years now and when I met my boyfriend, I introduced him to PR plumbing and they just came to his house today. Put a new faucet with all new underneath. They did an amazing job. He is very very happy every time they come out they take pride in what they do and they do a very good job never had any complaints. Had an AC put in had new dishwasher bathroom sink no matter what the job is they get it done. Thank you
